At ForFreedom Apparel, we want you to love your order. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With original tags (if applicable)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizes
- Defective items
- Damaged products
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong item was sent
